From La Ceiba airport take the transport service of the hotel to the Lodge (approx. 20 min drive). La Ceiba is a region notorious for its lush fauna and flora, its warm Caribbean beaches, and for being the gateway to the marvelous Bay Islands. The area consists of alternating white sand beaches, mangrove forests and rocky cliffs overlooking the clear blue water of the Caribbean Sea. Just inland, high mountains cloaked in clouds harbor hundreds of exotic species of wildlife, where the very inaccessibility of the land is what protects the habitat.
