Kuskem Waterfall

Kuskem waterfall is waterfall is located in Canocana taluka of South Goa. It is situated in blissful Kuskem village 20 kilometres from The Cotigao wildlife sanctuary of NH 17. The waterfall is located 12 km from the Hathipal which is the entry point to the Cotigoa wildlife sanctuary.The Kuskem waterfall is not so well known place in tourist as compare to other waterfalls. The water flows down vertically from the height of 100 feet.  Tourist visit this place in rainy season, waterfall dries out in summers.Kuskem waterfall is close to the nature. School, Environmentalists, Adventure lover takes a day trip to Kuskem waterfall.

Kuskem waterfall is not well connected with the city. One has to go thru risky trek of thick vegetation to reach this marvellous waterfall.Villages are situated far from each other surrounded with tall coconut trees. Konkani is the local language spoken while English and Hindi is understood.  Locals earn their living by renting out the huts to the tourist and foreigners. Fishing is main living of the locals of Kuskem Village.
