Welcome to Pure Barre

Giselle is a native Texan who grew up on the campus of Texas A&M in College Station. Gravitating to sports and athletics at an early age, Giselle danced and enjoyed gymnastics as a young girl, and later participated in competitive sports including swimming, water polo, track and field, and basketball. Giselle attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas where she studied political science and French, and met her husband, David. She lived in Europe after college, teaching English, volunteering and exploring her Norwegian roots. Giselle pursued her law degree at St. Mary’s University and has practiced commercial and construction law for several years in Dallas, while raising her three young and active sons. Over the years, athletics, fitness and health have been an integral part of her life. She developed a love for aerobics, golf, running, and triathlon. It was upon her introduction to Pure Barre that Giselle discovered a new passion. She was delighted to find a warm community of like-minded women paired with a truly effective, motivating workout. Pure Barre provided quick results and unparalleled core strength, but also afforded time for mental rejuvenation. She looks forward to inspiring others and is thrilled to share her passion for Pure Barre with the Addison community.
