peculiarity of art collection of rybinsk museum is a large collection of foreign fine and applied arts. at the moment there are over 3 thousand works in the museum. the most value, varied and large part of the collection is west-european engraving of the 16-19th centuries. here you can see craftsmen's works of almost each head schools of west europe. in the section of west-european painting there are works of the netherlands, french, german and italian schools. among the items of fine and applied arts we can pick out the ceramics and porcelain from europe and eastern countries.
