Cancellation Notice of 28 days or less prior to occupancy No Refund- unless we can re-book for the same period of cancellation, then a charge of 12% admin fee on the total Tariff
will apply. No refunds if cancelled or changed on arrival or during occupancy. We do not defer bookings to a future date.
