Spectacular Jumping Crocodile Cruise, the carrier, it's servants and agents shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay or injury caused (whether direct or indirect) to any property or any person arising out of or in anyway incidental to the carriage of passengers or other goods of whatsoever description or any service ancillary therein or to any activities on or in the vicinity of the vessel. Including embarking and disembarking whether resulting in whole or in part from any act or omission by the carrier, its servants or agents.
