All of the ice cream is made on the farm using milk from our herd of pedigree Holstein Fresians ( the supermodels of the cow world ) there is always a selection of fruit ice (sorbets )which are fat free, dairy free, lactose free and gluten free – we use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and we think that you can taste this in our posh ice cream.
