I took my wife here for a date and was surprised how informal it was. It was disappointing that our reservation took a back seat to a number of people who had just walked in off the street. Kids were playing on the stairs, running up and down, and people were generally dressed like they had just spent a day in the park, toting bags, hoverboards, etc. A kid playing on his mom's scooter nearly ran my wife over while we waited for our table. When you are spending $200 on dinner, you expect a bit more class than a gussied up playground. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but the atmosphere is really diminished by virtue of being at Disney Springs. Overall, the food was good, not great. The kimchi was clearly mass produced, nothing like the real thing. The shao mai had no texture to it and the chili oil wasn't hot at all. They did have excellent miso soup. Humorously, our waiter suggested "as a local" to try a different restaurant across town (Izziban) where he said a number of the staff go for a good meal. That pretty much says it all.
