Kayak Chang is committed to a sustainable approach to our work. We consider the Marine National Park to be an environment that we can explore but must not exploit. We are proud of the fact that we leave only footprints and take only photographs (and other peoples rubbish). Kayak Chang uses only local suppliers for all our expedition needs which results in a wonderful working relationship with the local community and reduced carbon foot print.Kayak Chang is committed to our customers safety and learning. The minimum standard for our guides is UKCC BCU Level 2 Coach and 4* leaders Sea. In addition to this most of the guides are SPA climbing instructors, MLTB Mountain Leaders etc. All our staff are First Aid Qualified and are CRB Cleared (UK Staff). The team is made up of European and Thai staff, which reflects the professional approach to our work and is proven by the quality feedback we receive.Kayak Chang are registered providers of the D of E Award offering expedition and residential opportunities both in Thailand and the UK. Our staff team are all Gold Assessors for the expedition phase of the Award, both for land and water based expeditions.
