The white water tower is an architectural monument built in the beginning of the 20th century. The tower represents an original composition of two crashed geometrical shapes crashed into each other, cylindrical tank on high poles and the box having a vertical direction. A unique pattern of industrial buildings in the Russian constructivism style. The manor of A. A. Zheleznova is a red brick building, built in 1895, in « à la russe» style, with variations of modern on the theme of Old Russian architecture, which is unique in the architectural environment of Yekaterinburg. A neglected garden with remains of a marble fountain adjoins the Manor. Before the revolution, the house belonged to the businessman Zheleznov. Today the building houses the Institute of History and Archeology.
