Chongsheng Three Pagodas

...but time flows. In 1981, Chongsheng Temple was granted to be the key protection unit of historical relics of China. With the fast development of tourism, the Yunnan province and Dali administrative offices have gradually renovated and expanded the Three Pagodas, and rebuilt the Tower of the Huge Bell, the Hall of Rain Copper Kwan-yin. With huge investments they will rebuild the ancient building complex, including the Gate of Chongsheng Temple, the Hall of the Guardian Kings, the Maitreya Hall, the Eleven-face Kwan-yin Hall, the Hall of Mahavira, the Pavilion of Acuoye Kwan-yin, Mount-and-Sea-viewing Stone Torii and Sea-viewing Tower, which are covered with 600 mu and with its area of structure 20 000 m2. The 100-year history of having the pagodas without the temple came to an end. The beautiful scene of the combination of the pagoda and temple makes the City of Buddha shining again....
