Chhappan Mahal Museum

Hindola Mahal also known as the Swinging Palace built by Sultan Ghiyasud-din Khilji is a popular tourist attraction in Mandu. The palace gets its name from the sloping walls which look like the trestle supports of a swing. The Hindola Mahal was historically a great audience hall of the King of Mandu. Hindola Mahal also has in its vicinity a large constructed well known as the Champa Baoli. The well is connected to underground vaulted rooms with special arrangements for supplying cold and water.
