Located at the serene and scenic Runaway Bay, Broadwater Shores Apartments offers comfy and spacious holiday apartments, where you can unwind, and simply take in the remarkable sights of the Gold Coast Broadwater. This complex has two buildings. The Tower which sits right beside the water, has 2 lifts and a small ramp at the front entrance and the Villa which is a 3 level walk up buliding located at the front of the property near the street. The Tower is wheelchair friendly. The Villa is our budget accommodation for the cost conscious and those who are not concerned that they won't have a water view. The Villa looks over our gardens and one of the pool areas. Guests in the Tower share exciting water views from varying different aspects but each has terrific views and many guests happily spend their time watching the activities on or around the water. Watch the fish leap out of the water for food, the pelicans floating by, people fishing or bringing in their crab pots. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the fish from our back wall or on the rocks. Boats, large and small and jet skis, paddle boarders, kayakers and many other water vehicles will pass here on any given day. You may see a pod of dolphins playing around while travelling along the Broadwater or the odd dugong foraging amongst the sea grass for food alongside the small marina next door.
